Software Engineer (m/f/d) Ruby on Rails
Your mission
By joining our jobmensa team as a Software Engineer, you will work on Germany's largest job platform for students. Together with your cross-functional team you take responsibility for product discovery, delivery and site reliability.
Currently your team replaces the last parts of a monolithic system with an event-driven microservices architecture to set the technical foundation upon which you will design and implement exciting new features to drive innovation on the job platform. We are using Ruby on Rails, GraphQL and RabbitMQ.
Being a software engineer at jobvalley is not only about writing good code. In your team you contribute with your skills and ideas. This starts with the conception and exploration of central topics and leads to their architectural and technical implementation.
The work of our seven teams always focuses on the overarching goal of enhancing our product by creating added value for academics, companies and our internal employees alike.
