Software Engineer (m/w/d) Machine Learning

Your mission

As part of our Machine Learning team, you'll help us use our data to connect students and companies. Our goal is to create fully automated and personalized job matching.

Together with your Scrum team, you will design and implement machine learning systems and processes for matching students and jobs and integrate them into our software products. In doing so, you work closely with our other teams that offer their products as web applications.

You run optimization experiments and create analytics to improve matching.

You build machine learning technologies - including Automated Planning, Recommender Systems and Intelligent Searches.

Your profile

  • You have already gained several years of experience as a software developer. You also have experiences in the field of Machine Learning or interest in developing yourself further in this area.

  • You have experience with Python and ideally with Ruby on Rails. Acronyms like PCA and SVM do not create question marks in your head but open up new solution spaces.

  • You have knowledge in the area of machine learning infrastructure, for example in automated deployments or the construction of reproducible (test) pipelines.

  • Your mathematical knowledge is more than the sum of the basic arithmetic operations.
